TROUBLE WITH A BROKEN LEG. By TeleEraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. September 24, 11.5 p.m.) London, September 24. The "Manchester Guardian" states that Lord Kitchener came to England for an operation on his lej, which was broken during his term of office in' India. The surgeon, however, deprecated the bone being re-broken, and advised that it was better that tho tronblo should be left to time. Lord Kitchener will return to Egypt on Octol>er 3.
