Heat tho milk," 'then sprinkle in tho nee nnjl stjr over the fire until the rice is cooked; beat the eggs and add them, tho sugar, and the flavouring "to the rice; then pour this into a wel£ greased lwrdcr-inould, dusted with a little rico Hour (this enables the rice to turn out moro easily), and steam very gentlv until firm (about 30 minutes); when roadV turn out and fill the centre with stewed fruit. FOR TO-MORROW. Vegetable .Marrow. Stock. 21b. Mutton -Cutlets. Tomato Sauce. Cauliflower. Apples. Stale Bread.
