MASSACRES IN MONGOLIA. Br Telecraph—Press Association—Couyricht St. Petersburg, September 2.1. Telegrams from Kharoin, .Manchuria, state that the Chinese, troops are treating the Mongolians in the cruellest manner, neither women nor children being spared. The Chinese plundered a monastery and massacred the inhabitants nf Ihe surrounding district, and killed several thousands of Mongolians elsewhere, mutilating the women and children.
