Pnlmenston, September 23.—Heavy showers and fierce gale;-heavy hail storm last night. ; FeathoTston, September 23,—Fairly heavy rain 'from the south sot in at 9 o'clock this morning, and ..continued ;ill mid-day; southerly breeze all the afternoon. Greytown, September 23—A rainy day; suhshine at intervals. Hastings, September 23.—The weather today has been mild and spring-like.
