THE MISSING SAILOR.
BODY FOUND IN HARBOUR. The body of William Roberts, who had been a seaman on fhe .'Earner Opawa, was recovered from the harbonr on Saturday evening. ■ Roberts was last jcen on the wharves at 11.50 p.m. on' the 11th inst. by the engineer of the Opawa. On the following day he w:is reported to be missjnj. Search w,t made for him, lint without success. The police dragged !hc harbour in tho vicinity of the breastwork at the Queen's Wharf, where the steamer had been .berthed, but there was no sign of the missing man. However, about G o'clock yesterday evening Constable Forsyth.recovered a tody from the harbour, and.it was identified as that of Roberts. About- M vns ■found in the pockets of the clothes. An inquest will be held at the Courthouse' at D a.m. on Tuesday, . ■ i
