SOME QUESTIONS IN GERMANY. By TelesraDh—Press Aosoclatlon—Cooyrlalit (Rec. September 20, 11.15 p.m.) Berlin, September 20. Hcrr Erzeberger intends to ask in tho Reichstag whether Hcrr von Bethmann Hollweg, the Imporial Chancellor, is aware as to what extent Admiral Germinet's views as to the role of the French Navy aro shared by tho British and French Cabinet, and what step 3 tho Chancellor proposes to take in common with other neutral Powers to combat such alleged intentions.
Vice-Admiral Germinet, of tho French Navy, in an interview a few days ago, said that tho scheme for tho concentration of the French Navy in the Mediterranean was a good strategic move, and was in accordance with France's role under tho Entente.
