ADMIRAL SIR R. HAMILTON. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyrieht (Reo. September 20, 0.55 a.m.) London, September 19.' Tho death is announced of Admiral Sir Richard Vesey Hamilton, G.C.8., who was Senior Lord of the Admiralty in 1889-91. The deceased Admiral 'was l>orn in 1829. no served in the Arctic expedition ot 1850-51, and in the search for Sir _ John Franklin. He also saw servieo in the Baltic campaign and tho China War ot 1857. TWO EX-LORD MAYORS OF LONDON. (Roe. September 20, 0.10 a.m.) London, September 19. Colonel Sir Horatio Davies. Lord Mayor of London in IHO7, is dead, aged "0. The death has also occurred of another ex-Lord Mayor of London, Sir James Ritchie, who held office in 1901.
