HUGE FORGERIES.
REMARKABLE ALLEGATIONS. By Teleeraph—Press Association—Copyright St. Petersburg, September 18. Semero, director of the Municipal Bank at Blogovyeshchensk, in Eastern Siberia, has been arrested. It is alleged that he is the head of a band of forgers, and that lie placed several millions of hundred-rouble notes in circulation. It is further alleged that the forgers have branches in Poland, Finland, Caucasia, and Siberia.
