In a speech he declared that tile reciprocity question was still olive. Canada must secure larger markets. The Liberal party, despite its defeat, would persevere with its reciprocity policy, which was best in the country's interests. ' Mr. Foster, Minister for Trade and Customs, has consummated an agreement with Sir Edward Grey, British Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, under which the whole of tho British Consular Service will be placed at Canada's disposal.
