General Zapata, the Mexican rebel leader, threatens to kill all Americans in Mexico if President Madern does not resign. General Zapata alleges Hint Madero broke promises mode by liini when seeking office, and failed to reduce the taxes. The rebel leader also alleges that General Madero gave large emoluments to seventy-three relatives, and excluded persons more deserving.
