The Kaiser reviewed, between Wilholmshaveu and Heligoland, one hundred and eighteon sbips, carrying 32,000 men and 200 airships. The Zeppelin airship Hansa, carrying Count Zeppelin and sixteen passengers, circled above the fleet and exchanged salutes with the Kaiser's flagship.
