The men known as "Gyp, the Blood," and "Lefty Louis-," wanted in connection with tho police "graft" investigation, and the Rosenthal murder, walked tho streets of tho city for six weeks, meeting the police daily, but wero not. arrested. They have now been captured. They declare that, the New York police are no good to catch any criminal.
