One of the principal features of the sports to be. held on Labour Day will bo a flaxrnill employees' handicap; first prize £a, second £2 10s., and third £1. donated by Messrs. Seifert Bres. and H. Greig. Bro. ,T. B. Griffiths lias been appointed assistant secretary of the Tokomaru branch.
