STEAMERS IN COLLISION..
VESSEL SUNK IN THE CLYDE. By TeleEraoh—Press Association—Cooyrisht (Rec. September 17, 0.25 a.m.) London, September 16. The liner Letitia collided with and sank the- steamer St. Bees off Greenock. One man was drowned and several seriously injured.
The St. Bees is a vessel of 1756 tons gross, built in 1883, and owned by Messrs. Robertson, Mackie, and Co., of Glasgow.
