FOUR SEVERE SHOCKS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Constantinople, Septeniber 15. Four earthquake shocks, the lengthiest Listing seventy seconds, were felt here. No damage resulted, though many of the populace, panic-stricken, spent the night in the open air. , SHOCKS IN THE PYRENEES. (Rec. September 17, 0.25 a.m.) Paris, September 16. Shocks of earthquake are reported to ■have occurred in the Pyrenees.
