SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for westerly winds, strong to gale, with a slight southerly tendency, after about twenty hours. Heavy rain probable on all the western . coast, with rivers rising, and cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain, is" probablo generally. The barometer has a falling tendency everywhere. There are indications for.electrical disturbances. Stormy, westerly weather has been experienced generally, but especially in the north and Wert Coast districts.
