TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially written for The Doaisios.l MONDAY. White soup. Grilled chops. Potato chips. Cabbage. Lemon and Bread Pudding. LEMON AND BIiEAD PUDDING. Two cups of breadcrumbs. 3 cups ot milk, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tablespooniul of butter, the grated peel and juice of i lemon, 3 eggs, a pinch of salt. Mix the butter and sugar v;ell together. Beat the eggs until light, and add to the butter and sugar. .Soak the crumbs in the mill;; beat all well together before adding (he lemon juice andpcel. Turn inimediately into a battered dish and bake (|uiokly before tile milk has time to curdle. FOE TO-MOEKOW. Half-pint lentils (soaked overnight), shoulder of mutton, onions, cocoa, breadcrumbs, essence of vanilla.
