[Specially written for The Dojiikion.l SATURDAY. Palestine Soup. Rabbit Pie. Mashed Potatoes. Turnips. Cottage Pudding. Sauce. SUNDAY. Julienne Soup. Roast Stuffed Veal. Boiled Bacon. Cauliflower. Sago. Plum Pudding. Hake-1 Custard. SUPPER. Cold Veal. Lobster Salad. Prime Jelly, West Riding Pudding. RABBIT PIE. One young rabbit, 2 slices of bacon or ham, a blade of mace, 3 hard-boiled eggs, a very little grated lemon peel (about half a teaspoont'ul), half-pint stock, water, pepper, ;md salt. Cut tho rabbit into neat pieces, rejecting the breast-bono: pack into a piedish with the bacon, hard-boiled eggs (cut into quarters),, and the seasouir.g; pour in the stock, and cover with good, flnkey pastry. Brush over with egg and bake from lj to 2■' hours, according to heat of oven and ago of rabbit. A few forcemeat balls are an improvement to the pie.
