TEQOPS SEVERELY TESTED. By Teiecrapu— Press Aesqclatlon-Copyrls&t London, September 12. The troops engaged in the Army manoeuvres in East Anglia have been given a severe test. They bivouacked in cold nnd rain for tivo nights. The rain poured down, and they were without fires. Thirty thousand men, constituting n column ten miles long, marched' twenty miles along a single road.
