.MEMBERS IN , PARLIAMENT. A successful canvass for members fof the Overseas Club has been prosecuted within tho precincts of Parliament by Captain Alfred Waters, the Dominion organiser. JIo has enrolled tbo Prime Minister nnd all tho members of the Ministry, tbo Speaker of tho Houso at Representatives, and about thirty private members. Captain Waters has interviewed the Minister* for Customs regarding the proposal that flairs of the club's special doSIKH, imported by brandies in tlw Dominion, should bo adniitteil free of duty. • Tim Minister agreed to tho request.
