Tho Women's Sociul and Political Union is raising a fund to inaugurate a campaign in Canada to send delegates to negotiate the grant of the franchise with the Dominion's Prime Minister, Mr. Bordcn. : The union announces that Miss Christabel Pankhurst, who is "wanted" by the police on charges of participating in Suffragette outrages, is living in Paris. The union declares that Miss Pankhurst is safe from arrest, because her offence was a political one
