• (From Our Special Correspondent.) The monthly "shoot" of the Hutt Valley Gun Club was held at Taita yesterday, when the Atkins' Cup and Mr. Woolvin's trophy for novices were shot for. II r. A. Scott secured a "leg in" for the former and won the latter outright. The following were the scores in a 21 clay bird match:—S. .Kdwurds, 19 vanls, 19 out of 21; A. Scott, ll) yards, 20 out of 21; W. Kilmister, 11 vanls, (i out of 21; S. Scott, 10 yards, 11 out of 21; A. Kilmister, 10 yards, 12 out of 21; W. Meager, 10 vanls,'14 out of 21; H. Phclp, 10 yards, 17 out of. 21; \V. Manning, 10 yards, 5 out of 21; I'." Gadsby, 10 yards, 12 out of 21.
