'Hie allegation made in the letter is that during several seasons the Auckland liacing Club has continuously broken Section 35 of the darning Act in that the totnlisator dividends have not been paid to the nearest sixpence. The Minister informed a reporter lusl evening that inquiry is being made by the Government to ascertain whether there has been any breach of the law.
