SUCCESSFUL AIR SCOUTING. Bj Teleerapn—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. September 10, 10.30 p.m.) London, September 10. . Sixty thousand are engeged in the army manoeuvres in Norfolk. Captain Longcroft, in a Governmentbuilt biplane, made remarkable reconnaisances. The opposing gunners were unable to estimate tha height and speed of tho aeroplane and did not attempt to fire. Ranges taken simultaneously differed by three thousand yards.
