TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially written for The Domsiox.l WEDNESDAY. Bomio femmo soup. Roast loin of pork. Apple sauce. Baked potatoes. Spinach. Treaclo sponge. BONXE FEMME SOXTP. Two lettuces, half a cucumber, two sprigs tarragon, one sprig panley, half an ouiico butter, half a cup of cream, three yolks of eggs, one quart of whito stock. Shred tho lettuce, cucumber, and herbs, and cook for about five minutes iu tho butter, but do not let them brown. Put them into tho hot stock and cook until tender. Skim, and when cool stir in. the beaten yolks of tho eggs and the cream. Let tho soup stand on ono side of tho stove to get thoroughly hot, but do not let it boil. FOE TO-MORROW. Two ounces almonds, one stalk of celery, ono tablespoonful cream, white stock, sheep's . head, vegetables, parsley, cauliflower, rhubarb, pastry.
