BOYCOTT OF NON-UNIOiriSTS. By. Tcleeraph—Press Association—CouyriKHt London, September 8. At the Trade Union Congress at Newport, it was resolved, at the instanco of the Carmen's Union, that the time has arrived when, in. the interests of trade unionism, and to secure the full benefit from awards obtained by trade unionists, that the latter should refuse to work with non-unionists. The Miners' Union supported the resolution, while the Railway Men's and Stevedores' Unions opposed it. The Congress in 1913 will meet at Manchester. >
