REFORM OF THE HOUSE OF LORDS. By Teleeraph—Press Association—Copyright London, September 8. LoTd Selborne, speaking at Alresford, said that almost the first duty of the Unionists on returning to power would be to reform the House of Lords and repeal the Parliameut Act, so as to enable the electors to decide great questions, such as that of Irish Home Rule.
