Baked potatoes. Cauliflower. Chocolate souffle. Fruit tart. Cream. SUPPER. Cold beef. Salad. Lobster. Patties. Exeter pudding. Fruit salad. Cream. EXETER PUDDING. One- pint of milk, i eggs, 2 dozen passion fruit, Joz. gelatine, sugar to ta?te. Soak the gelatino in a littlo water. Mako a custard of the milk and yolks of tho eggs. Add tho gelatine. When cool mix in the passion fruit, well sweetened, and the, whites of the eggs beaten to a stiff froth. Turn into a iret mould, and leavo until set.
