CHANGE IN ITALIAN COMMAND. • . i By Teleerapu-Press Aesociation-Cobyrieht Rome, September 5. It is officially announced that General Canova, Commander-in-Chief in Tripoli, is to retire, and that Generals Ragui and Briccola will succeed him. They are to be appointed to separate commands in Tripoli and Cyrennica respectively, with a view to pushing on operations in the interior.
