HEAVY RANSOM DEMANDED. fly Telegraph-Presa Association-Copyright (Rec. September 6, 11.25 p.m.) : Hong-Kong, September G. Pirates in the West Kiver, near Wongmoon, fired on an oil lighter in tow of a launch. They captured the launch's master and engineer, and demand 20,000 dollars' ransom.
