COMPANY SYSTEMS REFUSED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, September G. Speaking in the Federal House, .-. the Postmaster-General, Mr. Fraser, announced that the Government had decided to refuse the joint offer of the Marconi and 'Australasian Wireless Companies regarding wireless rights in the Commonwealth, and that the Government would proceed with the erection of stations round the coast on the system adopted at the Melbourne and Hobart; conferences.-
