At tho Supreme Court, Victor Cornelius Narehy, charged with 'theft of money' was acquitted, tho jury adding a rider to tho effect that accused left tho Court without a 6tain on his character. Kenneth Moore, charged with the manslaughter of a Maori in a prize fight, was found not guilty and discharged.
