ANOTHER ENORMOUS EARTHFALL. By Telegraph—Press Association—OopyriEht New Orleans, September 4. Another enormous earthfall has occurred in tho Culebra cut of tho Panama Canal. A million tons of gravel fell in, endangering the lives of the workmen. The Young Men's Christian Association's Home is slowly sliding into the Canal. Work is greatly impeded by the latest earthfall.
