CITY FIRE.
THE HOSPITAL LAUNDRY. At 9 o'clock Inst evening the, Newtown Fire Brigado were called oat to suppress an outbreak of firo in the. Wellington Hospital Laundry. The building ir mi iron structure, of one story, and the tire had it good hold when the brigade arrived. Considerable damage was douo to the building mid the machinery. The contents included a large quantity of the Hospital washing, and much of it was burned. It is understood that the buildiug and content? art covered by policies in the State and South British offices.
