A NEW DUKEDOM.
PRINCE ARTHUR OF CONNAUGHT. - By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright London, September 3. It is rumoured that the King intends to confer the Dukedom of Kent on Prince Arthur of Connaught, son of the Duke of Connaught. i Prince Arthur of Connaught was born in 1883, and would in ordinary course snc 7 ceed to his father's dukedom. Ho is a first cousin of the King. The last Duke of Kent was the fourth eon of George 111, and his only child was Queen Victoria. There are at present only three Princes of the Blood Royal with seats in the House of Lords—the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Connaught, and tho Duke of Albany,
