ULSTER'S COVENANT.
TO BE SIGNED IN JSELIWST CITY HALL. By Teleera-Dh—Press Association—Copjrrieht London, September 2. The Belfast Corporation, by thirtyseven votes to seven, has granted the use of the City Hall on September 28 for the signing of the covenant not to accept Home Rule. A minority of the Council appealed to the Lord , Mayor (Mr. Sherlook) as to whether the building oould be used for political purposes. The Lord Mayor replied that only the King's Bench could decide that question.
