PROCEEDINGS IN DIVORCE. In the Supreme Court yesterday niorniiig, Sir. Justice. Edwards heard further evidence in the case in which Laura Mnrgaret M'lnnes petitioned lor dissolution of her marriage with Alexander JPlnnos, on tho ground of habitual drunkenncf!. Sir. T. SI. Wilford appeared for tho petitioner, while the lopondent was not xeprcsented. The case had been adjourned from August 22, as his Honour required further evidence to be tendered. Two more witnesses were called yesterday, and his Honour then granted a decree nisi, to l>e moved absolute in three months.
