TRAMS FALL ON A PICNIC.
-J__4 DERAILED CAR KILLS SIX. By Telecraph—Preas Association—Copvrisht (Rec. September 2, 10.30 p.m.) Berlin, September 2. In consequence of the brnkes failing, an electric car was derailed on an incline at Elberfeld, and fell among a party of picnicers. Eight persons were killed and 31 injured. Six of the injured arc in a serious condition.
