STAFF CHANGES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Dunedin, September 2. Inspector A. Nowton, who has been in charge of the Dunedin branch of the Department of Labour for the past two years, has received word that be haa been promoted to the Auckland branch, vice Inspector Shanaghan, retired. Inspector Browett, of Christehurch, -n-ill take lip Inspector Newton's duties in Dunedin, while. Inspector Willis, of New Plymouth, goes to ChrUtctmrch, in placo of Mr. Browett. Inspector Btiyicy, of Napier, proceeds to Wellington to take charge there.
