THE WEATHER.
SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present- indications are for increasing northerly winds, cloudy, and unsettled weather, with rain following generally, and the barometer falling everywhere goon. The barometer rose everywhere on Sunday morning, with moderate to strong southerly aud westerly winds, but modified in force by another change now developing, and for which the winds have now changed to northerly in most parts of tho country.
