BOY CAUGHT BY A BALLOON ROPE. By TeleeraDh—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. September 2, 0.20 a.m.) _ New York, September 1. A small boy was accidentally caught by a rope of a balloon at Michigan. He was lifted up to' a height of two thousand feet. While in mid-aif the aeronaut worked frantically to pull the rope to which the. boy was clinging into the car, but failed, and the body fell to the earth, crashing through the roof of a barn. A huge crowd witnessed the accident, and many women fainted.
