NO FUNDS FOR NATIONALISTS

Bariie, Unionist if.P. tor Londonderry County, in a speech at Eglinton, stated that under the prospective provisional Government to be established on the passing of Home Rule, Ulster would willingly coutimio to bear a fair share of all Imperial charges, and the maintenance of tho Army and Navy, but no power on earth would compel the loyalists to pay taxes, any portion of which go towards subsidising the rebel elements represented by Messrs. Bedmond Dillon and Company, or the "Mollv Maguires," headed by Mr. Joo Devliu. " SIGNING OF THE COVENANT. GREAT DEMONSTRATION PENDING. London, August 27. The Protestant churches in Ulster have agreed to hold a joint service in the Belfast Cathedral in connection with the signing of tho proposed Covenant refusing to accept Home Rule. The movement is the more remarkable owing to the longstanding differences between the Episcopal and Free Churches.
