SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present .indications arc lor increasing northerly winds. Cloudy and unsettled weatuor, with rain, is probable gener- . ally, and heavy on the West Coast of the South Island. The barometer will probably• fall everywhere, but arise is due after from 24 to 36 hours, when the winds will change to a south-westerly direction. The barometer has fallen everywhere, with iucrcasiug cloudiness and drizzling rain in tho northern nud ■' southernmost districts, and, on the West Coast of the South Island.
