A search of a printing office in Cairo resulted in similar documents being recovered. . THREE ARRESTS MADE. (Rec. August 27, 10.35 p.m.) Cairo, August 27. Three arrests have been made in Cairo Where seditious placards have been discovered violently appealing to Egyptians to rise against the British occupation. The prisoner is an Egyptian Nationalist:
