Bt Telegraph—Press Association-Coiirrfirlit Cairo, August 26 The Alexandrian authorities have- arrested a man from Constantinople, who had in- his possession documents inciting Egyptians to rebellion, and praising Ibrahim Wardani, the student who was executed for the murder of Boutros Pasha, Egyptian Prime Minister, in February, 1910. A search of a printing office in Cairo resulted in similar documents being recovered. . THREE ARRESTS MADE. (Rec. August 27, 10.35 p.m.) Cairo, August 27. Three arrests have been made in Cairo Where seditious placards have been discovered violently appealing to Egyptians to rise against the British occupation. The prisoner is an Egyptian Nationalist:
