CONSPIRACY SUSPECTED. ■ / Ds Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright New York, August 21. At Sam Diego, California, 6ix members of the Industrial Workers of the World Unioii—a Socialistic organisation.—were arrested on suspicion of being engaged in a dynainito conspiracy. A number of bombs were found in their possession. The men declared that they were travelling south to join the Mexican Revolutionists in Lower California. A search of the hotel the men occupied st Elcajon revealed much ammunition and a number of rifles.
