j [Spaaiallj written for Tns Domikish.) MONDAY. Kidney soup. Boiled mutton. Carrots. Turnips. Potatoes. Caper sauce. Lemon and bread pudding. LEMON AND BREAD PUDDING. Two cups breadcrumbs, 3 cups of milk, 1 cup of sugar. 1 cf butter, the grated peel and juice of 1 lemon, ;i eggs, a pinch of salt. Mix the butter and sugar noil together. Beat the eggs until lig-ht, and add to tho butter and sugar. Soak tho crumbs in tho milk; beat all well together before adding the lemon juice, and peel. Turn immediately into a buttered dish and bako quickly. FOR TO-MORROW. Liquor meat was boiled in. Rabbit. Bacon Stock. Turnips. Sago. Fruit. [
