Fisher, Federal Prime Minister, a reply favourable to the demand that the Federal authorities should pay 3} per centum on the capitalised voluo of the Government Houso property during tho remainder of Lord Denman's term of offico as GovernorGonoral, and that the property should afterwards revert to the State to bo used for public purposes, unless other arrangements aro made.
