Tho properties of the Company, being all FREEHOLD and FEEE OF ROYALTIES, the Shareholders will gain the whole of the profits on tho oil won. In order to minimise the cost of clerical work, applications for a less number than five shares will nol be entertained. Applications for shares may be forwarded to the Bankers of the Company (Union Bank of Australia, or any of its branches), or to the Broker of the Company, Mr. D. M'Allum, Box 82, G.P.0., New Plymouth, together with a remittance for the amount payable (2s. per sbaTe) on application.
