Oil Wells, Limited; And for carrying on boring operations for petroleum on tho said land. The total area of land to be acquired is 5i acres more or less); situated in tho County of Taranaki,, New Zealan'd. The land at Moturoa is favourably situated between the bores of tho Taranaki (N.Z.) Oil Wells, Limited-(No. 2 bore is about 200 yards to the oast; No. 5 bore is about 300 yards east-north-east; and No. 3 bore is about 150 yards to tho west, all of which are flowing oil)—and four or more wells could be sunk with every prospect of getting pavabla oil. Tho properties of the Company, being all FREEHOLD and FEEE OF ROYALTIES, the Shareholders will gain the whole of the profits on tho oil won. In order to minimise the cost of clerical work, applications for a less number than five shares will nol be entertained. Applications for shares may be forwarded to the Bankers of the Company (Union Bank of Australia, or any of its branches), or to the Broker of the Company, Mr. D. M'Allum, Box 82, G.P.0., New Plymouth, together with a remittance for the amount payable (2s. per sbaTe) on application. If no allotment is made, the deposit will be returned at once without, deduction.
