Tho conditions are as follows:—Entries will bo received till 2.30 p.m.' at tho foot of the hill, and fronr' these tho committee will select teams of threo riders each. Each rider will be senf up the hill twice—onco "fast" and once "slow"—and the team which shows the greatest difference in times between fho two climbs will be adjudged the winner.' Competitors will not be allowed to alter the gears between the climbs. In tho "slow" climb, if any competitor touches the road with either foot, after
