TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for Tub Douimen.) SATURDAY. Ox-tail Soup. Veal Cutlets and Bacon. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Curate Puddings. Sweet Melted Butter, SUNDAY. Oyster Soup. Roast Beof. Yorkshire Pudding. Cabbage. Sago. Plum Pudding. Fruit Tart. Cream. SUPPER. Ox Tongue. Salad. Orange Pudding. Spanish Cream. ORANGE PUDDING. Three or 4 oranges, 1 cup of sugar, 3 cups of milk, 3 eggs, 1 tablcspoonful cornflour. A little butter. Peel and slice the oranges, removing the pips and pith. Pour over thorn the sugar. Boil the milk and add the eornilour and yolks of eggs. Stir until it thickens, and then pour over Hie oranges. Beat the whites with 3 tablespoonfuls of sugar, pour over the top, and bako a light brown.
